Terms of Service

This policy covers the AI features exposed inside Stackvora.tech, including chat responses, knowledge-base suggestions, code assistance, and search re-ranking. It does not cover third-party sites you may reach through outbound links.

2. AI providers & model transparency

Stackvora.tech does not train its own foundation models. Responses are generated by third-party large language models accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway, currently including model families from

3. Human oversight

You are the operator.

Every AI output is presented to you for review before you act on it. Stackvora.tech does not autonomously change your infrastructure, push commits, or execute commands on remote systems.

Copy / paste is a decision.

When you copy a suggested command or configuration into a production device, that is a human action that you own.

4. Accuracy, hallucinations & known limits

Large language models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect answers ("hallucinations"), especially for very new vendor releases, obscure CVEs, or proprietary firmware. Stackvora.tech mitigates this with retrieval-augmented generation against a curated knowledge base and by citing sources where available, but

we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose

. You must independently verify configurations, security guidance, and code before use.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Attack, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or account you do not own or have written permission to test.

Generate malware, ransomware, phishing content, credential stuffing scripts, or offensive tooling for use against third parties.

Produce content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates export-control law.

Make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (credit, hiring, immigration, medical triage, benefits eligibility).

Circumvent safety filters, extract system prompts, or attempt to identify underlying training data.

Scrape, resell, or redistribute AI outputs at scale in a way that competes with the Service.

6. Data used by AI features

What we send to providers:

the prompts, files, and code you submit during a chat, plus a short window of recent conversation for context.

your account password, payment card data (handled by Stripe / PayPal), or unrelated database records.

we route requests through provider endpoints that are contractually excluded from model training where such an option is offered. We do not sell your prompts.

7. Risk classification (EU AI Act alignment)

Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ("EU AI Act"), Stackvora.tech is deployed as a

general-purpose technical assistant

We meet the transparency obligations of Article 50 by labelling AI-generated content within the product and by publishing this policy.

8. Technical & organisational safeguards

only a small number of engineers can access production data, and access is logged.

guaranteed to be original, non-infringing, or copyrightable — machine-generated text may reproduce public material or lack copyright protection in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for clearing rights before publishing or shipping AI-assisted code.

10. Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service, including its AI features, is provided

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

11. User obligations & indemnity

You agree to (a) verify AI output before use, (b) not rely on the Service for safety-critical decisions, (c) comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including data protection, export control, and financial regulation, and (d) indemnify Stackvora.tech against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of Section 5 (Prohibited uses).

13. Incident reporting
