These Terms govern your access to and use of
— an AI co-pilot for IT and software professionals covering networking (Cisco, Fortinet), servers (HP, Dell, Lenovo, IBM), cloud, security, Microsoft stack, and software development. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Stackvora.tech provides AI-powered chat answers, a knowledge base, vendor pages, and a code playground. Responses are generated by third-party models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT) routed through the Lovable AI Gateway.
3. Subscription plans & credits
Each AI request consumes
75 credits per day. Daily reset. Limited features and may include ads.
300 credits per cycle, refilled every 3 hours up to the cap. Full knowledge-base access, priority responses, ad-free.

4. Fair use & rate limits
1 request every 2 seconds
No automated scraping, bulk querying, or reselling of responses as a competing AI service.
No attempts to bypass credit deduction, jailbreak safety filters at scale, or extract model weights.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal content, harassment, or hate speech.
No use that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy.
No execution of AI-generated commands in production without verifying in a lab.

7. Renewals & cancellation
7-day refund on your
paid charge if you have used fewer than 100 credits since the charge.
Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
Yearly bonus credits already consumed are non-refundable.
9. Plan changes & pricing updates
We may change plan features, credit allocations, or pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days before a price change takes effect at their next renewal.
AI responses are provided "as is" and may contain errors. Always verify configuration commands, code, and security guidance in a controlled environment before applying to production. Stackvora.tech is not liable for losses caused by following AI-generated guidance.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse rate limits, or attempt fraudulent payments. No refund is owed for accounts terminated for cause.
