Stackvora applies defense-in-depth across application, network, and AI layers. All production workloads run in hardened, isolated environments with least-privilege access, encrypted storage, and continuous monitoring.

We are actively working toward SOC 2 Type I readiness, with policies, change-management and access reviews aligned to the Trust Services Criteria. GDPR-aligned controls are already in production.

We collect only what we need to operate the service, never sell personal data, and honor data export and deletion requests. Read the full policy on our Privacy page.

Cloud infrastructure runs on SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified providers with regional data residency options, automated backups, and 24/7 platform health monitoring.

Customer prompts and conversations are isolated per workspace. We do not use customer data to train foundation models. AI responses pass through guardrails for safety and PII handling.

Documented IR runbooks with severity tiers, on-call rotation, and customer notification SLAs. Postmortems are shared for any incident affecting customer data or availability.

Every subprocessor is reviewed for security posture, data handling, and compliance certifications before onboarding and re-reviewed annually.
